yeah i know that, but i also want to hide the options so even when the limited user is logged in they don't see much other than the internet explorer. I need this in a script so i can easily apply this to our standalone machines in the lobby or even give it to one of the other lower level techs to do.

i knew that too. They are all xp pro. I know how to manually put these options using the group policy editor but i am just looking for a script to do it.

Perfect. This is exactly what i needed. I was looking for a way to accept the answer but i guess you have to do something else.

Krish didn't really do anything for me. He only keep asking me stupid questions, so you can leave him out.

I wanted to ask another question, and let me know if i have to open another thread. If so, i can also do that. Do you know of a way to auto add approve urls to the content advisor in internet explorer.

Hello again,

Two quick things;

First, please ACCEPT my answer above (or this one) - and FEEDBACK is always appreciated for the first scripts:-)

Second, after fighting with it for a while, I have the script to add entries into your Content Advisor listing with either DENY or ALLOW privileges. We can handle this either way - I can send you the schematic of what I have with some instructions on how to edit the file to add / remove entries; or you can open a new question (requesting me), give me all of the sites you want included, whether they are ALLOWED or DENIED and I'll generate the script for you.

It's a little monster - but if you're halfway decent at writing code, you could do it yourself if you wanted ... but I will be happy to if you want to post a new question for this one.

Let me know - Neil

Reply to Neil Armani's Post: Ok. I accepted your answer. They should have sent you the money i had in my account. You can simple send me some sample sites to be allowed for the content advisor.

I just need to set the content advisor to allow above 5 websites and deny all others. As long as i see some sample codes i generally can take it from there.

Sorry, sometimes it takes me a while to get back online but i should be infront of the computer for sometime now.
