i cannot operate system restore it just keeps saying bad image and is not a valid windows image i have never had this trouble before

Reply to Techie's Post: the thing that comes on when i try to access my sytemrestore is the application or dll c /windows /pchealth/ binarires/pchshell.dll is not a valid windows image. and it will not allow me to access windows help either never had this trouble before hope you can help thank you
