Reply to Michael L...JA's's Post: Yes - when youlog onto the banking website and choose on line banking, it takes you to a secure site. It is at this point that when I click, yes - go to secure site - that it tries to connect and it says the web page cannot be displayed. The bank did an upgrade and ever since then, I cannot go into the on line banking screen. I also tried to add a user on to my computer and this did not work. I turned off my norton anti virus and this did not work. I lowered by security settings and this did not work. I also made sure that the SSL and TSL wa checked under the tools and internet options which is was. The back claims that they have no problems but I can get into any other web page I want except this one and I had no problems before.

IE is Internet Explorer, this is the big E on the desktop

Foxfire is another type of Browser

When you go onto the Internet to check your Bank. What do you use? or what is the internet service you use? AOL, Earthlink, DSL and so on

Answered it pretty close, you are probably using IE, go ahead and download the foxfire.

Then install it, sign on to the internet like you would normally, then minimize the internet and double click on the foxfire program, then try to go to your bank site.

Ok, I have been reading on IE 7, IE 7 has several bugs to it, I would say that you have been able to login on other computers because something has changed for you bank information on your computer.

I have one more thought,

Go here

Images available only to Customers.

Check and see if you have a certificate in here, or Clear the SSL Slate, Hopefully this will fix it, if not you may need to reinstall your IE 7 to get what ever was change to be repaired.

Let me know, how this works

Ok, the only other thing would be to reinstall it

go here

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx

download the IE 7

then try to run the install first, if that doesn't work, then you will need to go into Start-> Control Panel

Add and remove, Highlight IE and remove it. Then reinstall the download.

But do the first install like I said, it may repair your IE7 that you now have.

Reply to Michael L...JA's's Post: I have been able to log in and then the bank did an upgrade on 5/19 and 5/20 so you could not get access at that time. Ever since then 5/21 and on, I have not been able to go to the secured site from my home computer to which I could with no problem before. When you log onto the bank it brings you to the web site which I can get on to. Then you choose the online banking option and once you click on that, a box comes up that states that you are about to exit the site and go to an external secure site - then I click continue and it redirects you to the site. This is where I get the message that IE cannot display the web page.

Ok, give this a shot;

To configure the Pop-up Blocker from Internet Options, follow these steps:

Click on Internet Explorer.

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

Click the Privacy tab, and then select the Block pop-ups check box to turn on the Pop-up Blocker, or clear the Block pop-ups check box to turn off the Pop-up Blocker.

Click Apply, and then click OK

I am getting ready to go to bed, so if this doesn't work, I will be on again in the morning.

Let me know
