I have just installed Ubuntu 7.10(Linux) on my laptop as a second OS. My problem is the driver that runs the WIFI connection to my Linksys Router. I understand that there is a driver "bcm43xx-fwcutter 20060108-6build1" that can be obtained. What web site do I get this from and how do I get it over to the Ubuntu 7.10 OS?

Hello Bitman,

Do not know if I am being redundent, but I did accept your answer. It will, however, not help me. Please click on the following web address to see why I say what I do.

That web address will explain that Ubuntu 7.10 does not have a WIFI driver at this time, but will in a couple of weeks. Sorry that I wasted your time in this matter.
