how to get free search engines into my site?

why am i not getting visitors to stay on my pages to purchase?

There is a difference between getting traffic to your site and making them stay there to purchase something. To get search engines list your site in their results, you can add your site URL below, which would submit it to some of the top search engines.

Turning the traffic into buyers of your product can be done would take a lot of effort in terms of site content, usability, competition from other similar sites, etc
