Hi,

Follow these steps to get reset your AOL password:

- Go to https://account.login.aol.com/opr/_cqr/opr/opr.psp?lang=en&locale=us

- Type in your AOL Screen Name and the characters that you see in the image. Click Next

- Then answer the questions about your security question full name etc, and follow the prompts and you will be shown how to reset the password.
