Can you post of the full text of the message that they sent you?

The only reason I can think of that they would be blocking you from downloading the software is if your subscription is not valid, or your payment method was rejected.

That error is not directed soley at you. That simply means that there is no default page in that directory on thier server and that the server has been instructed to hide the directory listing.

OK -- it is possible that the web server is blocking your specific IP address : 66.93.166.245

Can you take a screen shot of the error screen that you are seeing and send that to me at justanswer@thelonecoder.com .

It would be helpful to see if it is a generic web server error message or it if it a specific message that they created to keep people out.

Ok -- i got the emails -- they are generic forbidden errors that indicate that you are trying to get a directory listing on a directory with no default .html page.

Can you copy and paste the url that you had in the browser when you got that error.
