I seem to be getting this message alot:

Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working.

Is there anything I can do to repair this ?

It keeps taking me to a page that says it will find a solution, but it never fixes it.

I assume I will have to take the manual approach and do it myself.

But how ?
