Hi Consuelo,

Error 1203 is an issue that occurs either when a cartridge is bad or the printer cartridge Slot is bad.

I would suggest you to try cleaning the copper contacts of the both cartridge and cartridge slot in the printer using either a pencil eraser (gently) or a little denatured alcohol on a cotton swab and then try printing again.

If this does not help you may have to have the cartridge replaced at the store you bought it from.
