well my problem is..everything is huge! i can't get it ...

well my problem is..everything is huge! i can't get it to a normal size I've tried everything. how can i get it normal? and im so close 2 things i cant see it not the colors ethier. please help mr now.

Already Tried:
i've tried redoing he font size, restarting my computer, the control pannel, lets say everything in the font and letter and everything that has size! it was not like this yesterday.
