I keep getting limited vitual memory problems ,I have no paging file. I can,t open my c:\ How do I resolve this problem ?

OS: Windows 2000; Browser: Netscape

Already Tried:
I have followed the computor prompts to increase the paging size. I have tried to delete programs on the drive hoping that this would free up more memory, but the drive is locked.
