My printer is only printing colors--no black. If I try to print a page of text, and it should be using the black ink cartridge, it sounds and acts like it's printing, but the page is blank. I have checked the ink level, realigned the cartridges, and printed a test page. The only thing that prints on the test page is color, no black.
