My display won't fill up my screen. It's as if it's been partially minimized and I can't reverse it. Norton finds no viruses and i've done two restores. Windows XP

start / control panel / Display / Settings Tab / There you can change your screen resolution....then advanced button / monitor tab / Set your rerefresh rate to the highest you can with ( hide modes this monitor cannot display ) checked ON.

This problem is possible the actual adjustments on your Monitor. I would need your monitor Model to help you with that one if need be.
