I'm trying to hook up a huge plasma screen to my G4

I'm trying to hook up a huge plasma screen to my G4 Tower for a Pro Tools set-up. We have the right cables going from an Apple Display Connector adapter to a DVI cable going into the Plasma. We can't seem to get the digital signal picked up though. What can i do? Any possible compatability issues?

Is your apple detecting the display? Meaning is anything getting sent to the TV?

Reply to Stephen's Post: Yes but it's only picking up the analog signal at 1024 x 768 85hz. When selecting the digital signal the screen comes up showing 640 x 480 60hz and the screen is just a fuzzed up background. I just can't find a way to adjust the digital signal.
