i want to down load i tunes so i can burn to cd songs ...

i want to down load i tunes so i can burn to cd songs i like so far i get all messed up but before i do that i am have problems with panda when i sign on a windoe pops up saying to back up to dics i want to back up to cd is this possible

I am not completely sure what your asking but here is what I can tell you about what I was able to comprehend.

to download iTunes use this link : http://www.apple.com/itunes/

to back up your data to CD you will need a CD burner. If you have one then you likely have software that came with it. Use the software to backup any files that you want to back up.
