If you have never had this problem before - then is there anything that you might have done recently, such as install a new program, antivirus, or new peripheral device - i.e.... Scanner - Printer, or anything like that?
Also what are you using for your emal client? {if you are using one (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird.. etc...)}
