Reply to Vincent's Post: When I try to start Photoshop CS3 Extended, it goes thru the 1st screen like it is ok and then it stops and gives me this:
AppName: photoshop.exe
ModName: adobeowl.dll
AppVer?10.0.0.0
ModVer:1.0.92.0
Offset:00069b7d

I download some TechNotes from Adobe and it had several things to try, but didn't help.

I use Windows XP Home edition

Reply to Vincent's Post: It is a local printer and it is a HP Laser Jet 1100. You ask me to click "Accept" button so you can get paid. I didn't and don't find a place to click. As soon as I get an answer, I will release the money. It is in my account, waiting.

Thank you

John

I tried this and I would get a window that said, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings File?" and you can answer Yes or No. I tried both and it still stops when trying to load "Paletts".

Same thing. No luck. This is really a problem and I know several people that have Photoshop CS3 and the same problem. You would think that Adobe would come out with a fix or update.
