I am working as a PC Support person. My job involves checking the performance of systems by running diagnostics and ensure the pc's are free from viruses.
My tasks are to check that software is correctly configured, Use diagnostic tools to check out a system, carry out preventative maintenance, check for viruses and remove viruses. I need to write steps that I need to take to provide somebody in training. Please help me out with this.
