How do I install a Satellite 2400 DVD RAM in my Sony Vaio Laptop?

I have a Toshiba brand Satellite 2400 DVD RAM drive and need to install it in my Sony Vaio Laptop.

Reply to Yathi's Post: I have already purchased an internal Toshiba Satellite 2400 DVD RAM drive and need to know how to remove the internal drive that is currently in my Sony Vaio Laptop and replace it with this new drive. It kind of sounds like you are suggesting other brand drives to buy. This is not what I am asking for help with. I need removal/installation instructions for the equipment I already have. Can you help?

I hate to be a pest, but my Sony Vaio Notebook is a PCG-FRV Series. The instructions to which you kindly directed me seems to be for the Sony Vaio S series of notebooks. The photo in the instructions shaowing the back and the keyboard looks different thsn mine. So I am wondering if a am purchasing the right instructions? Thanks.

Sorry ..not to be in sync with you again..Iam giving the referrence link of service manual of SONY VAIO PCG-FRV series ,for what you are looking for.

In the page 10 of manual.the exploded diagram of mother board and related SI parts .The screws responsible for the fixing of the optical drive clearly mentioned there ,You can have a look at it.
