Reply to John D's Post: I have created a project that has sub-tasks that roll up to summary-tasks. The summary-tasks roll up to a project total. Everything is linked and is all totaling up correctly. I have resources that I want to apply to tasks but everytime I do that the total duration time of the project goes up as well as the completion date goes farther and farther out as I add resources. I expected it to do the opposite and get shorter. The tasks are all fixed work tasks. Any suggestions as to what i am doing wrong or how I can get this to work right?
