That didn't really answer the question so that I can use it. On my harddrive my computer has Microsoft Word and Excel but when I am logged on as my son to try to get them, they aren't on his window and I can't find out how to get them.
When I select Programs from the start menu, and go to the C drive, it says that the programs are hidden from him. What do I do to give him accress to Word and Excel? I may not have the Cd with the program on it anymore.

hmmm. That should not happen unless during the installation you have chosen to install office for one user only.

Can you try this and let me know if it works or the exact error message you get.

- Login to one of the limited accounts

- Click Start > Run, then type winword ,and click OK

Reply to John D's Post: I can't say that did it. I tried something myself and added Excel and Word by going to My Computer and making a copy and dragging it to their accounts. I don't know if that would work for all programs, I will try more. Why don't you give me the code fot Outlook and I can try that.
