Ross,

Can you also tell me a couple more things so that we can pin point the problem.

What is the full name of the file you are trying to open in the My Document folder.

Does the OpenOffice application open at all, or is it only some particular documents that refuse to open. To open the OpenOffice application click Start > All Programs > OpenOffice > OpenOffice

Did this problem start recently. In other words were able in the past to open these documents.

When I click documents it shows all docs in off.org. When I try to click any of the files they will not open, just the error appears.

The problem just started today when I had a message that had an attachment I could not access, is this related? I never retrived the attachment, just deleted it and had it faxed.
