I am having a problem with my computer and was wondering if I could get your thoughts on how to correct it. When I go to click on to AOL it takes quite awhile before it connects. Many times the hour glass will continue to spin and spin for a long time before the site opens and when I am on AOL or hotmail.com many times and I click on a site it will take a long time before the site opens. The hour glass spins and spins and finally it opens but it is slow. I do have broadband but not AOL broadband

Already Tried:
I do have Windows somethin- I have cleaned up discs, defragged, logged off etc
