Hello,

This is caused by the increased security measures built into Vista now,

Lets try this,

1. go to control panel
2. Open the Users panel
3. Click "Turn User Account Control On or Off"
4. Uncheck the box next to "User User Account Control (UAC) to help protect
your computer."
5. Click OK

Then try to install the program again.
