I have a Gantt Chart made in Microsoft Project, I need the information converted into a chart into Excel.

Hi,

You can export the dates to excel. Click File > Save As. In the 'Save as type' field change from 'Project (*.mpp)' to 'Microsoft Excel Workbook (*.xls).'

This will open up the Export Wizard. Click next and this will bring you to the 'Export Wizard - Data' screen. Select 'Project Excel Template' then click Finish

I am only using a trial version of Microsoft Project, so it is not giving me an option to "Save As".

Hi,

Then you need to purchase the full version. But if you are not planning to do that then one way around this is to copy the Gantt part using the screen picture button (camera icon on toolbar) and paste it into Excel.
