Unable to Fix/Remove "High Severity" Errors is Registry No Matter How

I have run my registry cleaner program (jv16 PowerTools 2006) several times this morning. At first, I had 88 errors, but 86 of those were able to be fixed/removed (mostly, removed). I ran it again (and again and again) to try to fix/remove the 2 remaining errors, but even though the program keeps telling me that they were removed, those same two errors are found every time i run the program now. I am concerned because both are designated as "high severity" errors (although, I don't have any idea what the practical ramifications of having "high severity" errors in my registry are...).

The description of the errors is as follows:
Error #1:
Key:   HKLM\Software\Symantec\InstalledApps\
Entry Name:    Internet Security Data
Value: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Norton
             Internet Security
Error Description: File or directory "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
                               Data\Symantec\Norton Internet Security" does not exist

**Error #2 is described identically except the Entry Name is "Norton Internet Security Data" whereas it is just "Internet Security Data" in Error #1.

Can you tell me what effect, if any, these 2 errors might have on my computer, if i need to fix/remove them and, if so, how to do that (or a registry cleaner program you recommend)?

Reply to Harish's Post: I downloaded the program you suggested, but the reviews of it are fairly unanimous that it is novice-friendly (e.g., "You have to know what you are doing, with this one. It will list most of your programs as being infected on the first scan. If you know your files,folders, and programs are Ok, put them on the ignore list from future scans,(if you are sure they aren't infected) Like I said, not for a novice.")
I am concerned that i won't know which entries on the list refer back to the registry errors I asked about originally, and that i might delete the wrong thing.

HijackThis can be a bit tricky to use, but is one of the best spyware removal ,registry cleanertools.What you can do is to Start the Scan and save the log file that you get, instead of clicking on Fix checked. You can open this file in notepad, copy it in any forum and let experts guide on what exactly should you select and remove.

Selecting the ones which say Norton Antivirus... should fix the issue, but the Norton program might not work if you do this. So , select all of them only if you have the Norton Antivirus installation disc which you can then reinstall.

Reply to Harish's Post: I was under the assumption that my follow-up question regarding the program you suggested I run was covered by the $10 plus $5 bonus I paid. While i appreciate your help, I don't think that your answer to my follow-up question should require me to pay another $10. I do not want to affect your rating negatively by not accepting your answer to my follow-up question, but I do not think it's right that I being asked to pay twice for what was, really, one answer spread out over 2 posts (since I did provide you with the description of the errors in my original question). Anyway, I just wanted to make it clear that I was satisfied with your answer all in all, but I did not expect to be asked to 'accept' (i.e., charged) for asking for a bit more clarification on your first answer.
