How can I play video clips taken on my phone in ...

How can I play video clips taken on my phone in MPEG-4 format on my laptop.video clips on MMS format play OK. I can't tell if the required program is on the laptop or if it only needs settings changing

To connect mobile phone to your PC or laptop you need data cable and software suite.
For that you will have to download mobile phone tool.

Reply to prabhjyot's Post: Hi sorry if there is confusion, but i already can transfer from phone to laptop, and i can open it, when it opens a message comes saying it cannot support this format. I think it is a Nokia media player which plays the other short clips, the MMS type. I don't know how to either change the settings or download suitable software

I can transfer the MPEG -4 clips to the computer but it says it cannot open that format
