what is a macromedia projector

I keep getting a error when I play a game offline saying that it is a macromedia projector problem and that it will be sent in an error report to microsoft

Rita:Is this a game you have downloaded off of the internet or is this a game you installed off of a cd

Rita:Ok there are several things that can cause this error
Rita:i will start with the more common of the issues
Rita:Right click anywhere on your desktop and go to properties

Rita:go to the Settigns tab , and then towards the bottom of the screen go to the advanced tab
Rita:now go to the Troubleshooting tab
Rita:and you will see an option under here for Hardware Acceleration with a slider bar is this set all the way to Full
Customer (name blocked for privacy):RIGHT CLICK ON START
Rita:no right click on your desktop anywhere where there is not an icon
Rita:if this is set to FUll slide the button to the left one notch and then click on ok and close out of all screens (except for this one) and try to run the game again
Rita:were you able to find this setting

Customer (name blocked for privacy):HAVE TROUBLSHOOTING TAB BUT HELP AND SUPPORT COME UP

Rita:Ok move the slider button to the left one notch and then click on ok and close out of all the windows and try to run the game again
