Why cant i view live streming webcams on my laptop ?

Since i got my laptop, i have been able to view, live streaming webcams. Then over the last few days i am unable to view alot of the cams i went on,tried from other pc and got on them no problem, Is it a possible problem with flash player ? Can you help me please ?

Hello. Please tell us what kind of laptop this is, and what operating system you are running. Also, are you accessing these sites from a home or business network? Wired or wireless?
