HI,

Do you use a free AOL acount or do you pay a monthly fee?

If you Pay the fee then open AOL and sign on then Select the Settings menu from the AOL toolbar. Click Passwords Click Change Password Enter your current AOL password Enter your new AOL password Enter your new AOL password again Click Change Password.

That should be all, As longas you are signed in then you should not be prompted for anything but your current password.

Let us know if you need more help.

Thanks

Eric

Ok,

Try this, open https://my.screenname.aol.com/_cqr/login/login.psp?sitedomain=my.screenname.aol.com&lang=en&locale=us&authLev=2

Make sure the Manage Your Account category is open. Click Edit under Password Type your old password under Old Password Enter your new password under both New Password: and Re-Type new Password Click Submit. Click OK.

Let me know what happens.
