Ok, go to the email and Drag the mouse over the Code and then Hold down the Ctrl key and press the C button as you are holding the Ctrl Key! Then go to the internet site that you are supposed to put the code into and then put the curser in the box and then hold the Ctrl Key and press the V key as you are holding the Ctrl Key and this should put the information where it needs to be. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you!
