When I try to email an open excel sheet I get and error ...

When I try to email an open excel sheet I get and error message. "operation failed" then I hit OK then I get another message telling me to close Outlook and excell. This started after I installed office 2003 basic. Please help.

Did you try closing Excel before sending the email?

Reply to Helen's Post: No I wouldn't do that because then I have to look for it to insert when I can just email it right then and there. I had always been able to to it that way until I installed office 2003 basic.
