I have an IBM think Pad and when I try to type certain letters I get numbers instead. I know it is some function dey but I do not have my manual and I do not know which keys I should punch to release the number function. My email address is dpatterson@leader.com. Thanks.

The key you have enabled is NumLk/ScrLk key. When enabled you should have the symbol (arrow with a 1 inside) lit up. The led light indicator is to the left of the power button on most T-series think pads. To enable/disable press the (shift key)+(Numlk/ScrLk key)to enable or disable this function. The (Numlk/ScrLk key) is normaly inbetween the PrtSc and the Pause/Break key at the very top of the keyboard and just to the right of round power button. Hope this helps. Andy
