no "new folder" option available on desktop or in windows explorer.

Good morning,I have the DOS box as administrator...Question...I did not have to enter credit card number and if my account is using the same number as last nignt we will have the save issue... I will need to change the credit card number....

ok, I created a new account with admin priv and the "new folder" option still does not show up on the desktop or in explorer...this is really weird.....
