we have 9.2.0.3 version of oracle on solaris 9. the problem is when the database is up and running we see a lot of processes running which cause the database to go down. the alert file generates the error "Timed out trying to start process J004" i've increased the processes from 50 to 200 and shmmns to 500. still we have this error and i've to restart the database very often. please provide me a solution for this
