I have had my downloaded version of corel photo album ...

I have had my downloaded version of corel photo album 6 - deluxe edition upgrade since 2006. But for some reason I have never been able to get my serial # for it, so I can install it. I have tried several different occassions .

I want it....I bought it or I want my money back. Plus, make the expiration date a year from the time I get my serial #.
