my computer has a system error that says. "The system has an IP address conflict with another system on the network. the local interface has been disabled. More details are available in the system event log." I have windows 2000 installed on my computer. I have tried to just restore my computer to an earlier time but i can not figure out how to do this. you help will be greatly appricated.
