Can I recover a lost software license ID to reinstall DVD X Copy Platinum. Had to reformat my hard drive and can't find the license ID to activate. I do have original installation CDs.

Optional Information:
OS: Windows XP; Browser: IE

Already Tried:
Reinstalling application from orig. CD from 321 Studios; however License ID and password required to activate for use. Since company is defunct not sure how to get license ID info.

Reply to Michael L....... JA Computer Expert's Post: This answer was not accepted. The contact telephone numbers don't connect to an incoming call line, but a fax line. The software activation line's telephone number actually connects to Tiger Direct, an unaffiliated company.

We have decided to purchase another product rather than devote more time to this issue. Please credit my account.

Thank you.
