how do I install windows 98 on a dell latitude c610 when it says not enough room and the system has been wiped clean

 

Already Tried:
I have tried to install the 98 cd but it says not enough room and supposedly the laptop was wiped clean before I bought it and all I get when I reboot is the blue screen telling me there is noo operating system
