How do you get rid of the downloader-EV virus?

I got hit with the ....Downloader-EV trojan virus on my computer.It keeps logging me off line.I have tried just about everything.Someone must know how to get rid of it.

Already Tried:
Mcafee virus scan,microsoft anti spyware,spybot,Deleted all of aol and reloaded with new disc
