i have 2 home computers that i have hooked up to wireless.

i have 2 home computers that i have hooked up to wireless. i want to change out one of the computers for a newer one. unfortunatly i cant remember if i had a disc to run to configure the second computer to accept the wireless, or does the router receiver just plug in and it works? ive looked for s disc and cant find one, but thar doesnt really mean much since im such a dunce. thanx, toni

Hi Toni and welcome back.

No you do not need a disk to setup a wireless network as long as the newer computer is configured for wireless connections (most new computers are these days).

Here is an excellent article by microsoft which describes the hardware you need and explains in a step by step way how to configure and setup a network connections.
