My computer doesnt run smothly it makes groaning noises when asked to do a task. my computer is relativly new so what is this problem?

Please be explicit about the noises. is it a thump/thump/thump type noise or a general type of groan like a child having to do his homework or a horse pulling a cart?

That is, does the tone of the noise change or just get louder?
