OK well, i don't know if you can help me but i will ask anyway. Ok.. i have a laptop. the school gave it to me. And everytime i shut it down it erases, so i downloaded deep freezer right.. and now when it gets shut off and i reopen it i click on msn messenger 7.5 and it will let me type my password and then it closes and it keeps doing it i won't stay open for like 5 seconds help!
