How do I recover the info and programs including windows 98 on my friends compaq notebook computer? I formatted the c:\ drive and d:\ drive, which is a system save dirve

OS: Windows 98; Browser: IE

Already Tried:
rebooting with Windows XP disk which I have, but it says there is not enough RAM. It needs 64 MG RAM for Windows XP
