I have a lot of backround processes on my computer.    My computer usally runs about 44 processes at one time and i know thats way to much. I've tried running virus, spyware, and adware scans but they dont pick up the "bad" processes. How can i get rid of the processes and how do i know which ones are spyware or adware?
