I am looking for basic termonolgy for all computer programs

I need to know basic things like what is a floopy what is a hard drive basic termonolgy they may ask on a test im testing for a national call center and they would like its employees to know certain computer terms. any ideas or any books that maybe out there that i could go to a libary and check out.
